Is my perfect challenger,
He is a planner and a balancer,
He is a driver and not a passenger.
To get his point across
He plays the role of active boss,
To make the right decision
He will refer to his bigger vision
Manager knows the bigger picture
Step-by-step like Bob the builder
He takes us to the final goal,
Where every employee plays an important role.
Manager values my honest opinion
Based on my feedback
He produces results
Just like a magician.
He communicates what needs to be accomplished
His expectations and what being great looks like
This helps me succeed and my career flourish
And feeds my inner motivations and psyche.
